the use of force

In this story a doctor goes to a patients house and is faced with a sick child that is not a very easy patient. He fears diphtheria because it has been going around in her school. After trying to get a wooden tounge depressor in her mouth he uses a spoon and finds out she did have diphtheria. Also throughout the story he discusses his frustrations with the parents that seem to say all the wrong things to the child.
